
The Department of Computer Applications organized an Outreach Programme titled “ERP Awareness Class for Faculties” on 4th June 2026 at the I Year BCA Classroom. The programme was conducted with the objective of creating awareness among faculty members regarding the effective utilization of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in academic and administrative activities. The session was led by Ms. Bincy John, who provided a comprehensive overview of the ERP platform and its various modules. The resource person explained the procedures involved in attendance management, internal assessment entry, academic record maintenance, timetable management, and communication features available through the ERP system. Practical demonstrations were also provided to help participants understand the functionalities and benefits of the software. A total of 25 faculty members actively participated in the programme. The interactive session enabled participants to clarify their doubts and gain hands-on knowledge about ERP operations. The programme emphasized the importance of digitalization in higher education and highlighted how ERP systems contribute to efficient institutional management.
