The Department of Computer Application and CASIN organized “Zytrex 2025 – Tech Expo” on 12 December 2025, which was inaugurated by Mr. George Kuriakose, Manager, Prof. Daisy N. O, Dean, and Prof. (Dr.) Mini K. D, Principal. The expo featured live demonstrations of AI-powered robots capable of object recognition, autonomous navigation, and basic conversational interactions, along with sessions highlighting the expanding role of Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Intelligence (AI & VI) in industries, healthcare, and automation. A Virtual Reality (VR) segment enabled participants to experience immersive simulations such as virtual tours and interactive learning modules, emphasizing the application of VR in education and healthcare. Students showcased a wide range of projects including 3D printer models, small robotic toolkits, mini robots, agricultural drone demonstrations, E-craft exhibitions, computer assemblies, and IoT-based devices, providing hands-on exposure to emerging technologies, computer architecture, and hardware troubleshooting. As an outcome, students enhanced their practical technical skills, gained industry-oriented knowledge, developed innovation and problem-solving abilities, and experienced effective experiential learning by applying theoretical concepts to real-world technological solutions.
