The Department of Computer Applications organized an alumni meet, “Thirike 2025”, for the 2022–2025 pass-out batch on 24th August 2025 at the BCA classroom. The event was well-coordinated by the second-year and final-year BCA students. The program officially commenced with a prayer, followed by the welcome address delivered by Mr. Eldho Peter, Head of the Department of Computer Applications. The event was anchored by Mr. Alwin Ninoy, a second-year BCA student, who carried out the proceedings gracefully. The program was enriched with fun activities in which all the alumni actively participated with great enthusiasm. They shared their experiences and memories of their academic years in the college and the department. Their words motivated the students by highlighting their achievements and academic excellence, inspiring them to plan for a better career. Mr. Anto Soji, an alumnus, delivered an enlightening speech in which he shared his campus selection process, industrial experiences, and valuable tips for cracking campus interviews. Ms. Elaina, another alumna who is currently pursuing her postgraduate studies, shared her journey to PG admission and explained the various courses that can be opted for after completing a BCA degree. The alumni meet “Thirike 2025” created a memorable platform for reconnecting and sharing experiences. The alumni actively participated in various activities and shared their achievements, career journeys, and valuable guidance, which motivated the current students. Their insights on higher studies, campus placements, and career opportunities proved highly beneficial for the students. Overall, the meet strengthened the bond between alumni and the department while inspiring students to plan their academic and professional paths with confidence.
