The Department of Psychology organized a planting initiative titled “Seeds of Change” in observance of World Environment Day on 5 June 2026 at 12:40 PM. The programme was inaugurated by the planting of a sapling by the Principal, Prof. Dr. Mini K D, Dean, Ms. Daisy N O and Head of the Department, Ms. Vimi Joseph symbolizing the institution’s commitment to environmental sustainability and conservation. The program was coordinated by Ms Feba Benny and Ms Neeraja U. Faculty members and students actively participated in the initiative, highlighting the importance of nurturing nature and
promoting environmental responsibility. The event served as a reminder of the collective role individuals can play in creating a greener and more sustainable future. The programme concluded with a pledge to continue supporting eco-friendly practices within and beyond the campus.
