
Department of Management Studies in association with IQAC conducted an awareness programme on “Say Yes to Life No to Drugs” on 26th June 2025 at the Seminar Hall. The session aimed to educate students on the adverse effects of drug abuse and the importance of choosing a healthy and meaningful life. The session was handled by Mrs. Vimi Joseph, Head of the Department, Post Graduate Department of Psychology. She delivered an insightful and engaging session highlighting the physical, mental, and social consequences of drug addiction. She shared real-life stories and psychological perspectives that deeply impacted the audience. The programme emphasized preventive strategies, self-discipline, and the role of peer support in staying drug-free. Students actively participated in the interactive session and raised relevant queries. Mrs. Ashamol M K, Head of the Department of Management Studies gave the presidential address. The event was coordinated by Mrs. Ashitha Ashok C Assistant Professor in the department, whose efforts ensured the smooth conduct of the program. The programme concluded with a pledge-taking ceremony where students vowed to live a drug-free life followed by Vote of thanks by our association secretary Angel sajan of Final year BBA.
