On September 23^rd Divangjan Cell of Nirmala Arts and Science College in association with NSS Unit 113 organised an oration on the theme “no human rights without no sign language” on the occasion of International Sign Language Day .Second year students Mr. Aswin T S and Ms. Arsha Manoj initiated the programme. Students rendered the sessions in every first year classes and pasted the poster of International Sign Language Day.
