On 18th June 2025, the Post Graduate Department of Psychology  in association with The Post Graduate Department of Social Work organized an International Seminar on Career Development at the Seminar Hall of Nirmala Arts and Science College. The session was led by Mr. Amal Anup, an experienced Compensation Advisor, who shared valuable insights on career growth, planning, and the evolving opportunities in the global job market. The session was highly interactive and engaging, encouraging active participation from the 95 students in attendance. Mr. Amal Anup’s dynamic presentation style and real-world examples made the seminar both informative and inspiring. As a memorable conclusion to the session, he sang a song, which added a light and joyful touch to the event. The program was efficiently coordinated under the supervision of Ms. Vimi Joseph, ensuring smooth organization and enthusiastic student involvement.
