The Department of Management Studies organized the MANIR association program on Leadership and Innovation in Modern Business on 13 August 2025 at the Seminar Hall, bringing together 65 enthusiastic participants. The session featured Mr. Stephen M. D., Executive Director of Camerry Ice Cream, as the resource person, who delivered an inspiring and interactive talk on the importance of leadership qualities, innovative thinking, and adaptability in the modern business world. Drawing from his extensive industry experience, he shared real-life examples, success stories, and practical strategies that encouraged students to think creatively and develop problem-solving skills essential for today’s competitive corporate environment. The event was meticulously coordinated by Ms. Neethu S., Assistant Professor, Department of Management Studies, ensuring its smooth execution. In addition to the keynote session, the program also witnessed the distribution of BBA Add-on Course Certificates to students who successfully completed the specialized training in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, acknowledging their commitment to skill enhancement. Another highlight of the day was the official launch of the Department’s Instagram page, aimed at enhancing student engagement and showcasing departmental activities to a wider audience, followed by the unveiling of the MANIR association logo, symbolizing the vision and spirit of the department. The program proved to be a highly enriching experience, blending academic knowledge with industry perspectives and strengthening the professional preparedness of the students.
