The Fine Arts & Literary club of Nirmala Arts & Science College Mulanthuruthy celebrated annual college day 06th March 2025 at the college auditorium. The College Day was organized to celebrate the achievements of the students. It aimed to highlight the spirit of unity, creativity, and academic excellence within the institution. The event brought together students and teachers for a day of fun, cultural performances, academic recognition, and much more. The event commenced with prayer song by college choir team. Staff advisor Sri. Deepu G delivered the welcome address.
Event Highlights:
- Inaugural Ceremony: The event began with an opening speech by Manager Sri. George Kuriakose, who emphasized the importance of academic and extracurricular growth in a student’s life. The ceremony was then followed by principal’s Address by Dr. C A Geetha. She explained college’s achievements and accomplishments were showcased through a presentation. Annual Report of the Academic year 2024-25 were presented.
- Cultural Performances: Students from various departments participated in cultural activities, showcasing their talents in dance, music, drama, and more. The performances were a blend of traditional and modern themes, reflecting the diverse and vibrant spirit of the college community.
- Academic Awards Ceremony: Outstanding students were recognized for their academic achievements throughout the year. Prizes were awarded to top-performing students in various subjects, as well as those excelling in co-curricular activities.
- Sports and Games:
Students were recognized for their achievements in annual sports and games.
College Day 2025 was a grand success, providing students and faculty a platform to showcase their talent and achievements. The event not only encouraged students to excel in academics but also promoted the importance of extracurricular activities in shaping well-rounded individuals. The day concluded with a vote of thanks by staff advisor Smt. Sheena Chacko.
