
NASC ASAP, in association with the Career Guidance and Placement Cell and ASAP Kerala, organized a pre-placement training session for the final year students. The session was conducted by Mr. Anandu Rajendran, Program Manager of ASAP Kerala, and Mr. Lalu P. Joy, HOD of Social Work, on November 5th, 2025, at the seminar hall.” The aim of the pre-placement training program for final year UG students is to prepare them for campus recruitment and job interviews by enhancing their communication, aptitude, and technical skills. The program focuses on building confidence, developing a professional attitude, and familiarizing students with industry expectations and workplace culture. As an outcome, students gain improved employability skills and job readiness, enabling them to perform better in aptitude tests, group discussions, and interviews. The training also helps them gain a clearer understanding of various career opportunities and recruitment processes, while boosting their confidence to face placement drives and professional interactions effectively. The pre-placement training program effectively prepared final year UG students for campus recruitment by enhancing their skills, confidence, and professionalism, enabling them to face placement drives successfully.
