National Service Scheme Unit No 113 in association with Environment Conservation Cell of Nirmala Arts and Science College, Mulanthuruthy celebrated World Environment Day on 5th June 2023, Monday. The cell took initiative in planting agricultural crops in the college premises. Welcome address was delivered by Mrs. Bhavanalakshmi V and the ceremony was inaugurated by   Smt. Asha R C (Agriculture officer Mulanthuruthy gramapanchayath). Manager Sri George Kuriakose, Principal Dr. Geetha C A, Dean Prof. Daisy N O addressed the gathering.  The students and staff members actively participated in the programme and altogether around 20 saplings were planted in the college premises. The program was concluded by a vote of thanks delivered by Ms. Aswathy Biju, NSS Programme officer.
