The Department of Computer applications of Nirmala Arts and Science College, Mulanthuruthy conducted a workshop on  Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning for second year BCA students on 18th August 2024 at 9.30am venue at Software lab II. Ms. Blessy Paul provided a comprehensive introduction to AI and ML, including their definitions, applications, and importance in various industries. The workshop covered essential concepts such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, neural networks, and deep learning. Participants engaged in practical exercises to apply machine learning algorithms to real-world data sets. Ms. Blessy Paul addressed questions from participants, providing deeper insights and clarifications on complex topics. Participants gained a clear understanding of AI and ML fundamentals and their applications. The workshop received positive feedback from participants, who appreciated the practical approach and the opportunity to work with real-world data. Some participants suggested extending the workshop to include advanced topics and more in-depth practical sessions.
