The Post Graduate Department of Psychology, Nirmala Arts and Science College, Mulanthuruthy had conducted Wednesday chapter of the month on 28th November, 2023 at11 am. The session began with the formal welcome address delivered by Ms. Feba Johnson, Assistant Professor, Department of psychology. Shri. George Kuriakose, manager of the college gave the presidential address. Dr. Geetha C A, Principal of the college, gave the principal’s address. Prof. Daisy N O, Dean of the college and Shri. Reji Kuriakose, management representative were present. The chief guest of the session was Mrs Jasmine T.J, Counsellor and Special Educator. The keynote address was an interactive session and took the session in very convincing manner. She has addressed the major factors behind stress response. It was an interactive session as Mrs. Jasmine has introduced some mindfulness based relaxation exercises for stress management. Vote of thanks was given by Justin Mariyam, MSc 1st year psychology.
