The cell had been conducted on behalf of the world environment day celebration in association with the charitable society – “Space”. The ceremony was inaugurated by the former principal, Prof. Daisy N.O. The event was flagged of by the Asst. Director, Department of Agriculture, Smt. Biji Thomas. The agricultural officers Smt. Biji and Miss. Jyotsana gave insights into modern farming practices and how to various crops rights at one’s home. It was decided to implement schemes like “butterfly garden”, “vegetable garden” and “plastic free zone” in the college campus
