On 31st January 2023,there was a visit to Snehabhavan (special school) Piravom, organised by Divyangjan Cell.A team of three faculties (Divyangjan members) i.e Mrs Ancy K Alias(Asst Professor),Mrs Mariam Grace Saji (Asst Professor) and Miss Neethu Unni ( Asst Professor) and eleven students made the visit.Students from Psychology department gave some entertainment to the inmates by performing some catchy dance numbers.The inmates too were on cloud nine and performed alongwith students.
Further a talented bunch of students from Commerce department rendered some soothing songs and also handed over handmade flowers to the inmates.Further teachers distributed sweets among the inmates.Students and the faculties were given a very warm reception.They were taken through all the classrooms and thus students got to meet and greet the true angels on earth.This was indeed a life changing moment for each one.Students also got to see and learn the khadi making procedure and candle making section.
