Sometimes it’s impossible and arduous for children and youth to sail their way through the storms of life, without a guiding light to lead them. In order to be the guiding light, your soul needs to shine bright.

Mr George Kuriakose, the manager and luminary of our institution has always been a source of inspiration for us, Nirmalites. After completing his graduation in Commerce from Christ College Bangalore, at the age of 22, he went abroad (Doha, Qatar) and worked there in Finance and Security Markets till 1991. Mr. George Kuriakose, after returning to his hometown, has been in the education sector since 1991. He got into the Nirmala Charitable Trust, the corporate educational agency trust, founded by his own father late very Rev.O.C. Kuriakose Cor-Episcopa. Mr. George Kuriakose has later served as the Manager of St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School, Thalacode and Nirmala B.Ed Training College, Thalacode. He currently adorns the position of Manager in Nirmala Arts and Science College, Mulanthuruthy.

He is a voracious reader and his love towards books and literature has motivated him to secure his M.A in English Language and Literature at the age of 60. Apart from Managership, his passion towards teaching has helped in imparting practical knowledge and exposure to our students. He always takes keen interest in supporting all the staff and students and in participating in all the activities of our college.
