Aptiv Connection Systems India Pvt Ltd. designs and manufactures vehicle components and provides electrical, electronic, and active safety technology solutions to the global automotive and commercial vehicle industries. The postgraduate department of psychology organised an industrial visit as part of their organisational behaviour paper for BSc final year psychology students to Aptiv on 15/12/23. They warmly welcomed us into their conference hall and organized a session for us on how an organization operates. The session was conducted by Mr. Manoj Kumar, head of the HR department, and lasted for an hour, focusing on the company’s production and objectives. Following that, Mr. Sreelal, the HR manager, continued the session, clarifying the scope and duties of the HR department. It was an extremely informative session. Afterward, The students had the  opportunity to tour the production unit and observe ongoing activities. They provided detailed explanations during the tour. Finally, we expressed our gratitude and departed. Overall, the experience was both informative and valuable. We utilized our time effectively.
