The Association Day Celebration of Department of Computer Application took place on 15th October 2024, marking a significant occasion for students, faculty, and staff alike. This annual event aims to foster a sense of community, celebrate the achievements of our department, and showcase the talents of our students.

The day commenced with a warm welcome from the head of the Department of Computer Application, Mr. Eldho Peter, who emphasized the importance of collaboration and innovation in the field of computer applications. Following his address, Mr. George Kuriakose, our manager, delivered a presidential speech highlighting the department’s progress.

A student representative presented the department activities for the academic year 2022-2023, after which the department’s newsletter for the year 2022-2023, INSIGNIA Vol. III, was published. Prof. Daisy N. O. launched a premo video for the upcoming events for the association celebration week, titled SPECTRA, featuring activities such as an AI and Robotics Expo, Gaming, Virtual Reality, Tech Talks, and a Hardware Expo.

Invited guest Mr. Joy Sebastian, CEO and Co-founder of Techgentsia, shared valuable insights about the future scope of IT careers and the technological revolution. His inspiring story of success motivated students, who expressed their gratitude for his engaging speech. As a token of love and appreciation, a momento was presented to the guest.

The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by our student representative, acknowledging the efforts of all involved in making the event a success.
