“On September 4, 2024, the Postgraduate Department of Psychology commemorated World Sexual Health Day by organizing an attitude-building program, ‘SHEROS: Dancing Towards Justice.’ The event aimed to raise awareness among college students about the importance of sexual health and promote a culture of justice and empowerment.

The program began with an introductory address highlighting the significance of ensuring girl’s safety and security. This was followed by a thought-provoking theme dance performance by a group of psychology students, which effectively created awareness among the entire college community, including students, non-teaching staff, and faculty members.

The event concluded with felicitations from a 3rd-year student, who emphasized the need for justice to protect females. As part of the awareness campaign, a signature board was set up, where students could pledge their support by leaving their thumb impressions.
