Nirmala Arts and Science college conducted an induction training program in association with Additional Skill Acquisition Program(ASAP) Kerala for 2024 batch students. The one-day induction program was conducted on 12th August 2024 , focusing of key areas essential for student development. The session ,led by Mrs Sheeba Sameer,Mrs Mr. Lipin Rajashekaran leading communicative English trainer of ASAP,It covered a wide range of topics including confidence building,SWOT analysis ,SMART gaol setting and the importance of skills in personal and professional growth .The training was enriched with task-based activities, allowing the students to apply these concepts in a practical to their real life .
