On August 2, 2023, the Counseling Cell organized a program aimed at educating students from another school about the vital importance of adopting healthy lifestyles in their daily lives. This enlightening session was tailored for a group of 25 eager students from St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School, Thalacode, and it delved deep into the various facets of leading a healthy life.

This groundbreaking initiative was led by distinguished resource persons from the postgraduate department of psychology. The first-year PG students, including Meghna Sunil, Rameesa PV, and Aiswaraya Mohanan, brought their unwavering dedication, expertise, and unwavering passion to the forefront, thereby playing a pivotal role in ensuring the remarkable success of this talk.
