A Communication and Skill Development Programme was organized at BCA department with the objective of enhancing the overall professional competency of our students. The programme, held from at 26^th July 2023 focused on refining communication skills, fostering teamwork, and nurturing leadership qualities among participants. The session was handled by Mrs BINU BAHUKEYAN, Asst. Centre Manager, CDC Tripunithura. Interactive sessions were conducted to improve verbal and written communication skills. Special emphasis was placed on public speaking and effective presentation techniques. Engaging team exercises were designed to promote collaboration and cooperation among students. These activities aimed to enhance interpersonal skills and strengthen the spirit of teamwork. Practical workshops on resume writing, interview skills, and workplace ethics were organized to prepare students for internships and job placements. Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive. They also appreciated the session and found the leadership seminars inspiring and insightful.
