With an aim to inculcate religious tolerance among students and to uphold the rich cultural values of our nation, Nirmala Arts and Science College celebrated Muharram under the initiative of Arts Club on 08th August 2022.College .There were Maapilappaattu and Mehndi Designing Competitions as part of the celebration. The rules were circulated among the participants already. Mehndi Designing Competition started at 9:30 am in the college auditorium. There were nine participants for the competition. Salha K Afsal of second year B. SC Psychology and Surumi V A of second year B. Com Computer Application won the first and second prizes respectively. Maapilappaattu Competition started at 11:30 am in the college auditorium.Five students participated in the Competition. Surumi V A of second year B. Com Computer Application won first prize.
